4. Intellectual Property
The materials, designs, and systems developed by Tys Goods remain the intellectual property of TYSGOODS INC. until full payment is received and rights are explicitly transferred in writing.

TYSGOODS INC. and its developers (including Tys Goods) shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use our services.
